Availability: The villa will be available from 2.30 pm on the day of your arrival. The villa must be vacated by 10 am on the day of your departure.
Bond: Clients are responsible for any breakages, damages or losses to any property and contents. We prefer clients to inform us during their stay of any damages so that the matter can be rectified promptly. This will ensure that there is no delay returning your bond which will be returned less any deduction within 14 days of your departure.
Insurance/Healthcare: We advise all parties to have or take out holiday insurance which includes cancellation cover, liability and personal liability cover, it is advisable that this is in place at the point of booking the villa/flights. Please note, the UK has a reciprocal healthcare agreement with Portugal but this only enables travellers to receive free or low cost emergency care, for full up to date details and online application forms for a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) please see the UK Department of Health website -
